The N Scale SP&S 24' Wood Caboose:

The Spokane, Portland & Seattle Inherited much of their roster from the Northern Pacific, and according to SP&S Historians, NP 1200 series cabooses on the SP&S were numbered 707, 719, 727, 734 (all the second car with these numbers) and 743, 744, and745.

I have not been able to locate photo's of any of these cabooses, and suspect that they may have worn the paint scheme that consists of the railroad name painted on the letter board, with the car number centered on car side. Nonetheless, I have chose to paint mine in this attractive scheme that matches the caboose photo at the bottom.
